Samir Poladov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA), held a meeting with a delegation of the European External Action Service.

During the meeting, the guests were provided with a comprehensive presentation on the landmine problem facing Azerbaijan and the measures being undertaken to address it.

The parties exchanged views on the European Union’s support for mine action activities in Azerbaijan, new cooperation initiatives, as well as other issues of mutual interest.

It should be noted that the meeting was also attended by Ambassador Marijana Kujundžić, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Azerbaijan.
