The Press Service of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) has issued information regarding a mine incident that occurred in the liberated area of the Tartar region on October 26, 2023.

According to the information, as a result of the anti-tank mine explosion, tractor operator Elchin Khanbala oglu Nureliyev, born in 1970 and a resident of Jalilabad district, was injured.
