Risk education sessions on the Danger of Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) are being conducted for farmers operating in the districts of Lachin and Kalbajar.

Since the end of the war, the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) has provided risk education activities on the Danger of Explosive Remnants of War to 410,192 citizens across the country. This mission is further intensified within the framework of the "Great Return."

This time, the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) and the International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF) organized risk education sessions on the Danger of Explosive Remnants of War for farmers operating in the districts of Lachin and Kalbajar. The training sessions, which lasted for four days, reached 2,374 participants.

During the sessions, farmers were provided with information on signs of suspicious areas, behavior guidelines in hazardous areas, and warning signs. Additionally, models were displayed to visually identify various types of mines and remnants, emphasizing the severe consequences of negligence.

It should be noted that the "Training of Trainers" risk education program is continuously implemented for experts from government institutions and private organizations.
