During the humanitarian demining activities carried out by the Agency, the base of the non-governmental organization "Halo Trust" was discovered in the city of Khankendi.

      A significant number of demining intentionally rendered useless equipment, including detectors, were found at the base belonging to the international humanitarian non-governmental organization "Halo Trust".

      However, these tools were intended for use in humanitarian demining operations and could have contributed to eliminating the danger of mines. Nevertheless, the material-technical means intended for use for creating a safe environment were intentionally destroyed.
